PICMONKEY.com HQ

2015 to present

In the Spring of 2015, I had the honor of creating several pieces for PicMonkey.com's astonishingly cool new headquarters atop the 600 Plaza Building in downtown Seattle, which was beautifully redesigned and rebuilt by E. Cobb Architects, Inc. I made and installed custom Pop Hybrid works, a curio cabinet of nostalgic and playful artifacts (my own sculptures included), functional (and some not-so-functional) sculptural elements, and for good measure, I transformed a wooden privacy pod (for nursing mothers, those in need of a catnap, etc.) into a giant vintage graham cracker box. I have a feeling there's still more work to be done. :)

UPDATE! There was indeed more work to be done - In the form of 7 meeting pods in PicMonkey's new space in downtown Seattle.

Thanks to everyone who helped me on this project. You know who you are and you kick ass.
